Harry McDonald was in the first cohort of students to begin studying a Bachelor of Laws at the University of the Sunshine Coast when the program began in 2014. After graduating in June 2017, he joined the Greenhalgh Pickard team as a law clerk in the conveyancing department. Harry was admitted to the Supreme Court of Queensland in early 2018 and the High Court of Australia in 2019.
Harry now leads the firm’s Commercial & Property Law department and oversees the conveyancing team. Harry acts for a range of individuals, small and large corporations and self-managed super funds in acquisitions, disposals, development and leasing of residential & commercial property.
Harry’s priority is providing high quality legal advice to his clients in a timely manner
Within commercial law, Harry has a keen interest in employment law and enjoys assisting commercial clients in all areas of their employment & industrial relations with experience in employment contracts, sub-contractor agreements, restraint clauses, unfair dismissals and general protections.
In his spare time he referees soccer and enjoys mountain climbing and the beach.
