David Rule

Solicitor

David is a Solicitor in the Greenhalgh Pickard Commercial team and oversees the Residential Conveyancing team. He completed his Bachelor of Laws degree at the University of the Sunshine Coast and earned his Graduate Diploma of Legal Practice from the College of Law.

With a background in information technology and more than 14 years of experience in retail, David brings an exceptional understanding of client needs, problem-solving and delivering proactive service. David is passionate about commercial law and residential conveyancing because he enjoys the intricate details and strategic thinking required in these areas. He is committed to helping his clients navigate complex legal landscapes, ensuring their transactions are smooth and their interests are well-protected.

In his spare time, David enjoys spending quality time with his wife and daughter, exploring the Sunshine Coast by bike, and reading novels and comics. He also proudly volunteers at the Suncoast Community Legal Centre twice a month, providing free legal assistance to disadvantaged members of our Sunshine Coast community.
