Eloise Turnbull

Solicitor

Eloise leads the Greenhalgh Pickard Litigation team. She holds a Bachelor of Laws (Honours Class I) from the University of the Sunshine Coast. She has a strong focus on breach of contract disputes, debt recovery, property disputes, commercial disputes, building & construction issues and employment law.

Eloise says “I am passionate about being a Litigation lawyer because it allows me to combine my analytical skills with my desire to advocate for justice. The dynamic and challenging nature of litigation drives me to continually learn and adapt, ensuring that I provide the best possible representation for my clients. Each case presents a unique puzzle, and I am dedicated to uncovering the truth and presenting compelling arguments. The satisfaction of achieving favourable outcomes and protecting my clients’ rights fuels my commitment to this field. Ultimately, being a litigation lawyer enable me to make a tangible difference in people’s lives, guiding them through complex legal battles and striving for fairness and resolution.” 

Greenhalgh Pickard’s litigation team can assist businesses of all sizes with commercial disputes including shareholder disputes, partnership disputes, intellectual property/copyright infringement, and other business-related legal matters. With extensive experience, Eloise brings valuable expertise in assisting companies, including those with over 300 employees, ensuring seamless resolution of their legal matters.

When Eloise isn’t working, she enjoys the local beaches with her German Shepherd X Border Collie, Stella, and exploring the hinterland with her family and friends.
