Eloise Turnbull
Solicitor
Eloise is a Solicitor, leading the Greenhalgh Pickard Litigation team. She holds a Bachelor of Laws (Honours Class I) from the University of the Sunshine Coast. Prior to her admission as a solicitor, Eloise practiced in Greenhalgh Pickard’s conveyancing department as well as commercial litigation. She has a strong focus on breach of contract disputes, debt recovery, property disputes, commercial disputes, building & construction issues and employment law.
With years of experience in the insurance industry, Eloise fosters a unique approach to navigating contractual intricacies which in turn assists in providing well-rounded advice and representation in breach of contract disputes, contract interpretation, and enforcement matters.
As an employment lawyer, she represents both employers and employees in matters such as unfair dismissal, adverse action, restraint of trade enforcement and wage claims.
Greenhalgh Pickard’s litigation team can assist businesses of all sizes with commercial disputes including shareholder disputes, partnership disputes, intellectual property/copyright infringement, and other business-related legal matters. With extensive experience, Eloise brings valuable expertise in assisting companies, including those with over 500 employees, ensuring seamless resolution of their legal matters.
When Eloise isn’t working, she enjoys the local beaches with her German Shepherd X Border Collie, Stella, and exploring the hinterland with her family and friends.
