Marketing Director

Abbey is our Marketing and HR Manager, responsible for the internal and client relations at Greenhalgh Pickard. Alongside this, she leads Eco Brand Marketing as its director, guiding the creation, advancement, and implementation of strategic marketing endeavours. These initiatives are designed to drive business growth and increase brand awareness for both the firm and external businesses.

Within the firm, Abbey oversees all aspects of human resources management, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, retention and culture, conflict resolution, training and development and ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations.

Abbey is a seasoned marketing professional with a passion for crafting impactful strategies that drive business growth and brand recognition. Her experience is derived from her Bachelor of Business with a Major in Marketing, specialising in conceptualisation and strong execution of marketing campaigns.

Abbey’s creativity and innovation enable her to push boundaries and deliver compelling narratives to elevate your brand to new heights. As an advocate for learning, writing and self-development, Abbey is determined to evolve continuously on a professional and personal level. As a young aspiring female in the corporate landscape, Abbey is grateful to work in an environment that prioritises sustainability, career progression and gender parity. She brings her passion for people and Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) into every interaction.

Born and raised as a Sunshine Coast local, Abbey is strongly connected to the tight-knit community and appreciates the opportunity to relish in the local beaches, mountains and weekend markets regularly. She is an avid lover of pursuing an active lifestyle, be it stand-up paddle boarding or a 5 am gym class, she is energised by movement daily.
