Rachel Gallacher

Solicitor

Rachel is a Solicitor in Greenhalgh Pickard’s Family Law team. She is passionate about Family Law because it allows her to make a tangible difference in people’s lives during their most challenging times.

Prior to commencing her legal career, Rachel worked extensively in the retail industry, managing stores with multi-million annual budgets. This experience helps her connect with clients and address their needs simply and practically. Before Family Law, Rachel practiced in Civil Litigation and Commercial Law.

Rachel is a Sunshine Coast local who cares about the environment, animals, and wildlife. She helps Greenhalgh Pickard expand in-house sustainability initiatives and develop community connections to protect the local environment. In her free time, she enjoys gardening, staying active, and spending time with family and friends.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Laws (Hons)/Bachelor of Science (Environmental Science), University of the Sunshine Coast
• Graduate Diploma of Legal Practice, College of Law.
• Admission to the Supreme Court of Queensland as a Solicitor
• Admission to the High Court of Australia as a Solicitor
