Mahan Nouri

Solicitor

Mahan is a Solicitor within the commercial department at Greenhalgh Pickard. He strongly believes that commercial and residential transactions require a tailored approach to effectively alleviate risk and protect significant investments. Mahan prioritises understanding each client’s unique business needs and commercial requirements to secure the best possible results. Mahan’s primary legal focus is assisting clients with commercial property conveyancing, business acquisitions and sales, and the drafting and reviewing of commercial leases. His expertise also extends to creating shareholder agreements, loan and general security agreements, and reviewing retirement village leases.

Mahan holds a double degree in Law and Government & International Relations from Griffith University. Before joining the commercial team, he gained valuable experience in general practice, including family law and estate planning. Throughout his career, Mahan has worked with a diverse range of clients, always striving to deliver solutions that meet their individual objectives.

Outside of the office, Mahan is an avid sportsman with a particular passion for fencing and soccer.

  • Double Bachelors Degree in Law, and Government and International Relations (Griffith University)
