Eloise Turnbull

Associate Solicitor

Eloise leads the Litigation & Dispute Resolution team at Greenhalgh Pickard. She practises across a broad range of contested matters, including breach of contract, commercial and property disputes, debt recovery, building and construction matters, and employment disputes.

Eloise is known for her practical, strategic approach to litigation. She advises clients from early dispute assessment through to resolution or trial, focusing on achieving commercially sensible outcomes while protecting her clients’ legal and financial interests. She regularly acts for businesses of all sizes, including organisations with workforces exceeding 300 employees, navigating complex disputes with confidence and precision.

Greenhalgh Pickard’s litigation team assists businesses with shareholder and partnership disputes, employment claims, intellectual property and copyright issues, and other commercial disputes. Eloise brings strong advocacy skills and sound judgment to each matter, balancing firmness with fairness and ensuring clients are well‑positioned at each stage of the dispute.

Outside of work, Eloise enjoys spending time at the local beaches with her German Shepherd x Border Collie, Stella, and exploring the hinterland with family and friends.

  • Bachelor of Laws (Honours Class I) (University of the Sunshine Coast)
  • Graduate Diploma of Legal Practice (College of Law)
  • Admission to the Supreme Court of Queensland as a Solicitor
  • Admission to the High Court of Australia as a Solicitor
