Junior Accountant

Jack Smith joined the team in 2025 as a Junior Accountant, bringing a strong academic foundation in commerce and accounting alongside practical business experience. Currently completing a Bachelor of Commerce majoring in Accounting and Economics & Finance at the University of the Sunshine Coast, Jack combines technical knowledge with real-world financial management skills.

Before entering the accounting profession, Jack managed his own business, developing expertise in bookkeeping, payroll, BAS preparation, business strategy and client relationships. His move into accounting reflects his passion for business, professional development and delivering sustainable growth in every endeavour.

In his role, Jack assists with reconciliations, journal entries, and BAS reporting, while building his knowledge in taxation and compliance. With a detail-oriented approach and commitment to growth, Jack is dedicated to supporting both client success and the firm’s continued excellence.

Outside of work and study, Jack enjoys fishing, gardening, orchid collecting, and spending time with family. He also has a keen interest in keeping up with financial markets and economic trends.
