Shane Ulyatt practices in dispute resolution with particular emphasis on Civil Litigation, Estate Litigation, Building and Construction Law. He also practices in Criminal Law
Shane’s attention to detail and thorough forensic research ensures his clients receive informed and realistic advice regarding their particular legal situation. Shane is focused on ensuring his clients are able to easily understand their legal situation by providing plain English explanations of what can be complex legal problems.
Shane has appeared in the Supreme, District and Magistrates Courts of Queensland, the Federal Court and Federal Circuit Court and the Queensland Civil and Administrative Tribunal (‘QCAT’).
Shane was admitted as a solicitor in 2012 having completed his Bachelor of Laws degree at Queensland University of Technology.
He also writes in a fortnightly column “Our Courts” for the Sunshine Coast Daily paper regarding the court system and criminal law.
